Moreover, we decided to transfer our file to another security service. Politeness, attentiveness and spirit of service were there. Nothing to do with customer service and Telus representatives. Only reason it’s not lower is because there’s no option for 0 stars. Trying to set up automatic payments or even just pay off a bill? I spent 5 hours getting bounced around different people on the phone and came to no resolution.

We have to call and have our system rebooted at least once a week. And when the cameras do “work” , they still don’t pick anything up. We have had many people come to our house that the cameras have no picked up.
