Waited for 5 hours yesterday for a service rep to show up and he never did. Called today and asked to speak to a manager and was told there aren’t any available today!? It is obvious that Telus is not listening to all these negative reviews so they obviously don’t care.
Moreover, we decided to transfer our file to another security service. Politeness, attentiveness and spirit of service were there. Nothing to do with customer service and Telus representatives. Only reason it’s not lower is because there’s no option for 0 stars. Trying to set up automatic payments or even just pay off a bill? I spent 5 hours getting bounced around different people on the phone and came to no resolution.
